Australia`s recently-acclaimed Australian tennis boss, Bernard Tomic, has dropped out of the Australian Open. Tomic lost to Italian Lorenzo Sonego with 1:6, 7:6 (5), 4:6 in the third round of slicks in Melbourne and for the first time since 2009 will miss the race. Tomich, 25, who currently is No. 142 in the world, did not receive a wild card from the organizers and had to win his participation in the main qualification scheme.




After the disappointing defeat Tomic made an even more serious gaff with his statement after the game. Turning to the journalists, the Australian said:I just count money, that`s all I do. You count millions. Try doing what I did (on the court). Try to make 13-14 million. Good luck, guys, goodbye.
