Boris coach Joslen Gourvenek was fired for a series of poor results. Gurvenek was greeted by fans last season when the Gironde finished sixth in League One, but this season the situation changed and Bordeaux grew only 13th in the table. Bordeaux`s bad series started with a 2:6 loss from Paris Saint-Germain in late September. Since then, the team has won only two of 15 matches via football questions and the French Cup was eliminated from the Amateur Grand Prix. Bordeaux, who heads the team on a Saturday night against Nantes, heads for Bordeaux.
